  1. National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal

NIT Surathkal in Mangaluru, Karnataka is ranked 21st by NIRF in the category of top engineering colleges in India and is ranked 52nd overall in the category of top Universities in India. It is one of the institutes of national importance as recognized by the Government of India. It was started in 1960 as one of the pioneers in imparting technical education.
