There are lots of DSLR camera on the market. The Nikon built DSLR cameras for the professional as well as the non-professional people. The Nikon D3400 is an entry-level DSLR camera. It comes to replace the Nikon D3300 model which is also an entry level DSLR camera. There is the very simple difference between the Nikon D3400 and Nikon D3300. According to my opinion, this camera is the best entry-level DSLR camera of Nikon.

Since it is designed for the entry-level people who have the least experience in photography, you will get some fewer features than the professional level Nikon DSLR cameras. Though it has some fewer features, you will get all the basic for a DSLR camera such as RAW shooting as well as the other basic camera function.

This a cheap Nikon DSLR so there is some lacking in this camera also. Such as it can not shoot 4k video but HD quality video, the screen is not touched sensitive, the viewfinder is fixed, it has only  Bluetooth as a connectivity option. Besides this Bluetooth works in conjunction with Nikon’s SnapBridge app, which is available for iOS and Android. Nikon d3400 has no wifi connectivity.

It has a long life battery inside. This camera can take 1200 shots when the battery is fully charged. The camera uses a battery pack which EN-EL14a lithium-ion battery and charger.

It also has built-in Bluetooth inside. The Bluetooth works in conjunction with Nikon’s SnapBridge app, which is available for iOS and Android. Other connectivity options are absent in this camera. The lens of Nikon D3400

It comes with the Nikon 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens which is known as a kit lens and also 70-300 mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR zoom lens. It is also comfortable with other Nikon lens. The kit lens and the zoom lens are two types- VR and non- VR (vibration resistance). VR Technology is great for the image shooting.

Nikon D3400 Viewfinder

Nikon d3400 has a 3-inch color viewfinder. The display is not touched sensitive, which is a drawback for the video shooting. The viewfinder covers 95% of the sense which is very helpful for both video shooting as well as the photography.

The viewfinder is fixed, i.e. the screen cannot be flip or turn out from the body of the camera. Which is a great drawback of the camera for the photograph and video shooting in the lower place or from, the lower point of view as well as from the upper point of view to avoid the crowd or something like that.

The viewfinder type is the optical type. The screen resolution has 921k point dots which is great. The magnification of the viewfinder is 0.85×. The viewfinder screen type is TFT-LCD which is great for this cheap camera of Nikon.
